Is It The End Card For Rashmika's Film Career?

Actresses generally either stop their careers or restrict themselves to more decent roles once they get married. However, there are exceptions.

For instance, Deepika Padukone did not stop showing her ultra-glam side even after marriage and continued to take up such roles in some films.

Well, this is the story of Bollywood.

Those who observe trends in the South Indian film industry say that directors and producers often hesitate to cast married actresses, which slowly places an end card on their careers.

“Signing a married actress can be risky. They might later say they are pregnant, affecting the shooting schedule. Sometimes they initially agree to wear certain costumes but later express concerns that it may create problems. Also, if the actress’s husband is a popular hero, his fans may feel uncomfortable seeing her romance another hero on screen. It’s a somewhat taboo mindset. Because of this, filmmakers in the South often avoid married actresses", said a producer.

We know Lavanya Tripathi has almost stepped away from active film acting after marriage.

Earlier, Namrata Sirodkar also left her acting career after marrying to Mahesh Babu. There are many examples to list out.

Now that Rashmika Mandanna is married to Vijay Deverakonda, the question arises, will she continue acting despite this judgmental social mindset? Or will she limit herself to more decent roles without doing high-voltage glamorous songs? Or will she slowly choose to step away from the industry?
