Munugode: All exit polls indicate TRS victory

As the polling in the by-election to Munugode assembly seat came to a close at 6 pm on Thursday, all the pre-election survey agencies came out with their exit poll surveys one after the other.

More or less all the survey agencies have indicated that Telangana Rashtra Samithi candidate Kusukuntla Prabhakar Reddy is going to win the seat with a comfortable majority over Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy.

As expected, Congress candidate Palwai Sravanthi will end up in the third position. Though these exit polls are not completely reliable, Yet, the final outcome still remains a suspense.

Atma Sakshi has predicted that the TRS will get 41-42 percent, compared to 35-36 per cent of the BJP. The Congress may get 16.5 to 17.5 percent votes, while the BSP will get 4-5 per cent vote share. Readmore!

Another agency People’s Pulse has predicted that the TRS will get 44.4 per cent, as against 37.3 per cent and the Congress will get 12.5 per cent votes.

Similarly, Trishul, another agency predicted that the TRS would get 47 percent and the BJP would get 31 percent and the Contress 18 percent.

Another agency Third Vision predicted huge percentage of 48-51 percent for TRS and 31-35 percent for the BJP. The Congress will get 13-15 percent votes; and the BSP would get 5-7 percent.

The exit poll conducted by SAS Group revealed that the TRS would get 41-42 percent, while the BJP would get 35-36 percent votes and the Congress would get 16.5-17.5 percent. The BSP would get 4-5 percent.

National Family Opinion exit poll has revealed that the TRS would get 42.11 percent and the BJP 35.17 percent and the Congress 14.07 percent. The BSP would get 2.95 percent.
