It appears newly-appointed national working president of TDP and AP IT minister Nara Lokesh is going all out to pamper Jana Sena Party chief and deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan to get the path cleared for succession of his father N Chandrababu Naidu as the chief minister in future.
On Thursday, Lokesh expressed gratitude to Pawan Kalyan for congratulating him on his appointment as the TDP national working president.
Responding on social media platform X, Lokesh thanked Pawan Kalyan for his warm wishes and said he would strive to live up to the trust reposed in him.
Referring to the Deputy CM affectionately as “Pawan Anna,” Lokesh emphasized the importance of maintaining coalition unity. He said he was sincerely thanking “Pawan Anna” for congratulating him.
“With your blessings, we will carry forward the coalition spirit with greater coordination and commitment toward the state’s progress and public welfare,” Lokesh posted.
He further added that he would uphold the confidence placed in him “as a younger brother” and expressed gratitude for the continued support and affection.
Earlier, Pawan Kalyan had congratulated Lokesh, describing him as a colleague and brother, and expressed confidence that he would succeed in his new role.
He also extended his wishes to Palla Srinivasa Rao on being reappointed as the TDP’s Andhra Pradesh unit president.
