Is Sonam's latest post aimed at Rana Daggubati

It appears that Sonam Kapoor isn't entirely convinced by Rana Daggubati's apology.

On Tuesday, Rana had extended an apology to her regarding his comment about her supposedly wasting co-star Dulquer Salmaan's time during their film "The Zoya Factor."

Now, Sonam seems to be indirectly addressing Rana's apology through a subtle jab.

On Wednesday morning, Sonam took to Instagram to share a quote attributed to Eleanor Roosevelt: "Small minds discuss people, average minds discuss events, great minds discuss ideas." Readmore!

Sonam added, "Just a little something I'd like some people to know, especially when discussing things about people that are fabricated."

Recently, Rana Daggubati attended an event in Hyderabad for Dulquer Salmaan's upcoming film "King of Kotha."

A video from the event went viral, featuring Rana recounting an incident involving Dulquer and a 'leading Bollywood actress.'

Rana lauded Dulquer's patience and made a sly remark about the actress, suggesting she was on the phone with her husband discussing shopping while keeping the entire crew waiting.

Although Rana didn't mention any names, social media users were quick to speculate that he was referring to Sonam, and that the incident occurred during the filming of "The Zoya Factor."

In response to the trolling, Rana took to Twitter on Tuesday to apologize to both Sonam and Dulquer, providing clarification about the situation.

He wrote, "I am genuinely troubled by the negativity that has been directed at Sonam due to my comments, which are completely untrue and were intended solely in a lighthearted manner. As friends, we often engage in playful banter, and I deeply regret that my words have been misconstrued.

"I take this chance to offer my sincere apologies to Sonam and Dulquer, both of whom I hold in high regard. I hope this clarification puts an end to any speculation and misunderstanding. Thank you for your understanding."
