I Was In Depression One Year Ago: Prashanth Varma

Prashanth Varma’s latest directorial venture Zombie Reddy that marks debut of Teja as hero is all set for release on February 5th.

Meanwhile, the film’s pre-release even has been held today. Varun Tej, Bobby, Tharun Bhaskar and few others attended the event along with the film unit.

Prashanth Varma made a startling revelation that he was under depression a year ago.

“I was in depression after the release of Kalki for various reasons and producer Rajasekhar believed in me and the story. Indeed, Zombie Reddy was the first film to resume shoot post lockdown. I thank him for all the support.” Readmore!

Prashanth Varma affirmed that he planned to make his first film with Teja, but it didn’t materialize due to some reasons. However, he expressed his happiness for introducing him with the film.

Hero Teja thanked his director Prashanth for taking the responsibility to make him a hero. Teja shared the kind of relationship he shares with mega family.

He has also informed that Chiranjeevi promised them to give time, after the release of Zombie Reddy. Teja thanked the event’s special guest Varun Tej.

Varun Tej thanked the team for having him for the event.

“Due to pandemic, we missed lot of film functions. I should thank the film team for having me here. Zombie Reddy title sounded quirky and reached to all. Zombie is a very successful genre. Prashanth Varma is a very talented guy. I really appreciate Teja for doing a different film like Zombie Reddy as his first film. Chiranjeevi likes Teja very much.”
