Additionally, Naidu spent Rs 50 crore on a rented house and Rs 6 crore on the bus in which he resided in Vijayawada. Furthermore, he allocated Rs 75 crore to convert the irrigation office building into the Chief Minister’s camp office.

Notably, Chandrababu Naidu invested Rs 150 crore in Lingamaneni Ramesh guest house on the banks of the River Krishna. This included Rs 200 crore for a compound wall, Rs 7 crore for bulletproof glasses, and Rs 10 crore for gardening.
