Court's Decision On Allu Arjun's Case At 2:30PM

In a court session held today before Justice Juvvadi Sridevi, lawyers Niranjan Reddy and Ashok Reddy requested that a lunch motion hearing be scheduled for the quash petition filed by actor Allu Arjun.

The petition seeks to prevent further legal proceedings against the actor.

The defense lawyers also requested the court to issue an order restraining the police from arresting the actor until Monday.

Responding to the request, the Additional Public Prosecutor informed the court that he would confer with the police and provide a response by 2:30 PM. Readmore!

Justice Sridevi adjourned the hearing to 2:30 PM for further deliberation on the matter. The court’s decision will determine whether the actor’s arrest will be delayed pending the outcome of the petition.

It should be noted that the police have registered a case against Allu Arjun under four sections: Section 105, Section 118(1), read with 3/5 of the BNS Act. Section 105 is a non-bailable offense.
