Court Permits ACB To Question Dhulipalla

The court had permitted the ACB to take TDP former legislator and senior leader Dhulipalla Narendra Kumar to take into custody.

The court had permitted the ACB for the questioning in the presence of Dhulipalla’s advocate.

The TDP leader who is now in the judicial remand at Rajamahendravaram central jail would be taken for questioning by the ACB for three days.

The ACB found that Dhulipalla had transferred 10 acres of the Sangam Dairy lands to a trust owned by him in violation of the rules.

It was alleged that some of the senior officers of the cooperative department have helped the TDP leader with the connivance of the TDP government and they are now under the ACB scanner.

The ACB is likely to take Dhulipalla into its custody either on Saturday or Monday, the sources said.
