Former Union Minister and film star K Chiranjeevi congratulated chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy for the successful conduct of the vaccination drive.
The AP had carried out special vaccination drive on Sunday giving vaccine to nearly 14 lakh people, setting the highest vaccination record in the country, among all states and Union Territories.
Chirajeevi came forward to congratulate Jagan Mohan Reddy and his team.
“So happy at the fabulous feat of vaccinating over 13.72 lac people in a single day by Health teams in Andhra Pradesh,” Chiranjeevi said in his tweet on Tuesday.
He also said “Your efforts fill confidence in everyone about defeating the Covid monster! Way to go Team AP. More Power to You! Congrats to Sri ysjagan for inspiring leadership.”
While other Tollywood actors, including the top heroes are busy enjoying the lockdown earlier and the curfew now, Chiranjeevi had come forward to establish oxygen plants and support the government in fighting the pandemic.
Till the other day, it has been the Tollywood’s villan Sonu Sood, who had been helping the people during the first and second wave of the Covid 19 pandemic.
