Bharat Ane Nenu is red hot in trade in spite of Mahesh Babu’s last two films ending up as epic disasters.
The reason for this craze is director Koratala Siva who has hundred percent strike rate till now. Also Siva’s previous film Srimanthudu with Mahesh was a Non-Baahubali industry hit.
So trade is betting heavily on Bharat Ane Nenu and coming up with superb offers from all areas.
Although Siva is busy with the filming and editing work of BAN, he is spending extra time to look after the business deals.
Siva has good connections with some top distributors, which is why he is involved in the trade matters too.
Buzz has it that Siva is making sure to sell the film for very good rates all over. He is reportedly demanding Rs. 40 crore (ratio) for Andhra region, but the buyers are currently willing to do it in Rs. 38 crore ratio.
Koratala is particularly not happy with the quotation from Uttarandhra region that he asked his friend Sudhakar (Guntur and Krishna distributor) to buy Vizag rights if needed.
Why is Koratala Siva bothered about the business deals? He could have left those headaches for the producers, right?
According to grapevine, Koratala didn’t take remuneration for BAN. He will get lion share in the profits, which is the reason why he is so much into the business matters of Bharat.
