The actor has reportedly invested in two new properties in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.
According to reports, the Icon Star has purchased two prime properties in Venkatagiri, Jubilee Hills, and is currently working on building a new house and office there.
The new house is being constructed on a vast 3,000 square yards of land, with nearly 50 to 60 percent of the work already completed.
The project is expected to be finished by next year, making it one of the largest celebrity-owned houses in Hyderabad.
Allu Arjun, one of the highest-paid actors in the Tollywood industry, is known for his interest in real estate.
His Rs 100 crore mansion, named 'Blessing,' and Allu Studios in Hyderabad are popular not just among his fans but also among film enthusiasts.
On the work front, the much-awaited "Pushpa: The Rule," the sequel to the blockbuster hit "Pushpa: The Rise," is set to release on December 7.
