Bose's son is actively touring the constituency and holding meetings against Minister Chelluboyina.

This rivalry has divided the party activists between the two.

Bose, who had been a trusted lieutenant of Jagan Mohan Reddy, even threatened to quit his Rajya Sabha post after the current monsoon session.

He also stated that he would field his son as an independent candidate in the next election from the Ramachandrapuram constituency if the party nominated Chelluboyina for a second term.

After meeting the chief minister, the MP told media persons that he had explained the difficulties his supporters were facing in the constituency due to the minister's actions.

He expressed confidence that Jagan Mohan Reddy would take a decision in his favor.

"I have been loyal to the party from the beginning. I am confident that the party leadership will come to my rescue when I am in trouble," the former minister said.

He said that Jagan Mohan Reddy had responded positively to his complaints and asserted that the chief minister would make the right decision at the right time, indicating that the dispute is not yet resolved.
