Aswini Dutt's Rs 200 Cr Loss In Discussion

In Chandrababu's reign, the government has procured 39 acres of Aswini Dutt's land at Gannavaram as a part of the project to expand the airport.

The government should have bought the land as per the market value, which generally is the practice.

But CBN's government has followed the barter system by granting him the worth of land in Amaravati.

But now Aswini Dutt is asking the government to compensate him with three times the price of the land as the prices have comed down miserably in Amaravathi due to the capital shift issue, citing the point that the 39 acres he gave away to the expansion of the airport is worth Rs 200 Cr.  Readmore!

Well, if someone takes up something by accepting everything on paper, the loss or gain has to be faced accordingly.

When someone sells a house at some price and the sudden real estate boom doubles or quadruples the sold out house's price, will the seller come back and ask for more money from the buyer?

Same is the case with buyers too. If someone buys a house at some price and the value comes down within a year, will he ask the seller to give back some money out of what he paid?

Aswini Dutt's appeal is in fact standing as a proof for the real estate business encouraged by CBN's government. Actor Krishnam Raju also followed Aswini Dutt at that time by giving away the land at Gannavaram in exchange of land at Amaravati.

It is shocking to underline that Ashok Gajapathi Raju, who was the Central Aviation Minister at that time couldn't bring the funds to expand the airport which happens to be the Central Government's deal.

Almost all the bigwigs in society were allotted the North East bits in Amaravathi in exchange of something. It is needless to say that North East lands are anytime cash cows for the real estate business in AP.
