Anti-Telangana rhetoric lands Pawan in trouble!

Power star and Jana Sena party president Pawan Kalyan’s strong comments against Telangana Rashtra Samithi leadership intimidating the people of Andhra and forcing them to support YSR Congress party in Andhra Pradesh elections have landed him in trouble.

Telangana advocates’ joint action committee lodged a complaint with the Jubilee Hills police, alleging that Pawan was trying to whip up passions and create rifts between the people of Telangana and Andhra.

Especially, the JAC leaders found fault with Pawan’s comments comparing Telangana with Pakistan.

“He sought to create a panic atmosphere in Andhra stating that the Andhra people are being beaten up in Telangana. The fact is that Andhra people are living peacefully without any troubles,” the JAC leaders said. Readmore!

Besides advocates’ JAC, several TRS leaders registered cases in Jubilee Hills and Chaitanyapuri police stations against Pawan's comments on Telangana.

It may be mentioned that during his campaign in Bhimavaram, the Jana Sena president alleged that TRS president K Chandrasekhar Rao was trying to force Jagan on Andhra Pradesh.

He alleged that some businessmen are getting worried about their properties in Hyderabad due to KCR's pressure, and hence they were not supporting any other party than YSR Congress.

"Hyderabad is not Pakistan for us to be afraid of security of our assets there", he thundered.

Pawan told the TRS leadership to set up its party in Andhra Pradesh and directly participate in elections.

"But, the TRS is trying for control over Andhra Pradesh through Indirect means. It is supporting the YSR Congress. KCR works for the YSRCP behind the curtains. His minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav comes to Andhra Pradesh on mission to bring in caste division among us", Pawan charged.
