Actor in trouble over unpaid dues of Rs 55 crore

Sunny Deol, currently enjoying the success of 'Gadar 2,' has reportedly encountered financial trouble due to unpaid dues.

As per reports on Timesnownews.com, the actor has received a notice from a bank for outstanding dues totaling over Rs 55 crore.

Furthermore, it's been disclosed that Sunny's Juhu property, Sunny Villa, is scheduled for e-auction on September 25 to recover the unpaid amount.

The ad identifies Ajay Singh Deol, also known as Sunny Deol, as the borrower/guarantor, alongside his father Dharmendra.

According to reports, Sunny apparently conducts his business operations from this property, which also houses two post-production suites, his office, and Sunny Super Sound—a preview theater and recording studio.

Meanwhile, Sunny's latest film continues to break records at the box office, having already grossed over Rs 336 crore in India.

The sequel to the 2001 hit film 'Gadar: Ek Prem Katha' is steadily approaching the 400-crore mark at the global box office, with current collections exceeding Rs 395 crore.

Directed by Anil Sharma, the film saw Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel reprising their roles as Tara Singh and Sakeena, earning endless love from the audience.
