YSRC MP Takes A Dig At His Own Party MLA!

YSR Congress party MP from Narsapuram K Raghurama Krishnam Raju continues to kick up controversies with his statements, which indicated that he is in a mood of confrontation with his own party leadership.

In a message to his followers in Narsapuram, Raghurama Krishnam Raju took a dig at local MLA Prasada Raju for commenting that he had begged for the party ticket in YSRC and won the seat.

“Prasada Raju might be of the view that he would get the cabinet berth if he makes wild allegations against me. I know who is behind his statement,” he said.

The MP said everybody knows how he had got the MP ticket in YSRC. Readmore!

“The MLA also knows whether I had asked the party ticket or who had requested me to come into the party. He is also aware how I got the post of parliamentary committee chairman,” he said.

Raju said he would not indulge in collection of money from people and pose for photographs like these people do.

“Anyways, I sincerely wish Prasada Raju gets a berth in the Jagan cabinet for making wild allegations against me,” he said.

The MP said he had not been getting the appointment of Jagan Mohan Reddy despite repeated attempts.

“I met him a couple of times during Parliamentary Party meetings. I thought I would meet him in Delhi, but Jagan has not been going there. That is why, I am shamelessly saying in public that I have not been getting the chief minister’s appointment,” Raju said.

While denying the rumours that he would change the party, Raju said the chief minister had ignored him while inviting his rival and BJP leader Gokaraju Ganga Raju’s son Ranga Raju into YSRC.

“May be, Jagan had foresight in bringing Ranga Raju into the party and made him president of the YSRC Narasarpuram parliamentary constituency unit without even consulting me. But, I am not looking in any other direction,” he said.
