YSRC MLA Stands By Jr NTR In Hour Of Grief!

The presence of YSR Congress party MLA from Gudivada Kodali Venkateshwara Rao alias Nani at Kamineni hospital at Narketpalli in Nalgonda district, where former MP and legendary actor late N T Rama Rao’s son Nandamuri Harikrishna succumbed to injuries, raised many eyebrows.

Nani came to the hospital within a couple of hours of the accident and stood by Harikrishna’s son and popular actor Junior NTR.

He was seen breaking down occasionally and sharing the grief of Junior NTR, who was weeping inconsolably.

He helped the hospital staff in shifting the body of Harikrishna into the ambulance and accompanied it to his residence at Mehdipatnam in Hyderabad. Readmore!

And, even after reaching Hyderabad, Nani assisted in bringing down the body from the ambulance and keeping it in the cooling box.

All through the day, he was only seen besides Jr NTR, unmindful of the presence of s TDP president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu at hospital and the residence.

There were people who were wondering in what way a YSRC MLA was concerned with the TDP politburo member. But not many people were aware that it was Harikrishna who had brought Kodali Nani into politics.

“He was my god father in politics. He gave me political life and got me appointed as president of Krishna district Telugu Yuvatha, the youth wing of the TDP. Without Harikrishna, I am nothing in politics,” he told the media.

Moreover, Nani also produced a few films with Junior NTR, the biggest hit being “Adhurs.” Subsequently, Nani joined the YSRC as he felt Naidu had cheated Junior NTR and Harikrishna.

There were reports that he had even tried to bring Harikrishna and his son into YSRC, but that did not materialise.
