YS Jagan Explains TDP's Caste Based Acts

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy spoke today in Amaravati. He has explained what the problems being faced by the present government in giving house documents to the poor.

The Chief Minister said, "As we are saying that we allot lands to 54000 poor people, the opposition party leaders are saying that there will be demographic imbalance by doing so. They got a stay from the High Court when they approached with the same petition. That has shocked me. The term 'demographic imbalance' can be translated as 'caste based imbalance'.

So, the petition was filed on that caste based issue and sadly the court has also given the stay order. Due to these hindrances caused by Chandrababu Naidu, about 31,74,000 house documents those we have decided to give are being delayed.

Even yesterday they have filed a PIL in the court assuming that I may find ways to give away the documents by some other means. Adding to that they have filed another PIL stating that the government shouldn't give any lands or houses to the poor even in Pulivendula.  Readmore!

Seeing all this, I doubt if these leaders are worth to be on this democratic land. Do they have humanity? God will definitely punish them. I wish very soon with the blessings of God we will complete giving the house documents to all the deserving poor, once the stays are vacated.

Nobody can dictate which caste people should stay in the capital. When the society is stooping down to such a level by filing PILs and getting stay orders on caste based issues, how can we call it a Capital?

A capital city should be the place of dwelling for the people of all castes and religions. Only then it can be called a Capital City.

The last government has kept a burden of Rs 3000 Cr debt on the present government's head, and didn't even complete the TIDCO houses in their tenure. We are going to complete about 2 lakh TIDCO houses very soon and give away to the poor, with the blessings of God".
