Baahubali 2 has become the highest Hindi grosser in box-office history, with its first week collections amounting to an estimated Rs 245 crore nett.
The SS Rajamouli magnum opus has dethroned Salman Khan's 'Sultan' which held the top position at Rs 208.99 crore, as reported by Boxofficeindia.com.
The film that released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam besides Hindi, has not only received an excellent response in the South but has also shown its hegemony in the north.
The film has already smashed many other existing records and is being widely appreciated by stalwarts like Rajinikanth among others.
