Watch RGV Naked in His Thoughts

No one can stop the release of Lakshmi's NTR, declares maverick director Ram Gopal Varma. The filmmaker is enjoying all the great buzz the movie has created with its stunning trailers.

"If they have to stop the film, they first have to kill me," Ram Gopal Varma says in his fiery style.

According to Ram Gopal Varma, "Lakshmi's NTR" is the real life story of NT Rama Rao. No sugar coating, no lies, and only naked truth! "Ide Asalu Katha," he sounds in his characteristic way.

"I am neither Daredevil nor Hercules. I make films that excite me, not because I am attempting them because of my dare," he brushes off complements about his daring attempts.  Readmore!

"The reason why he took up the twilight years of late NT Rama Rao as focus point for the biopic is that it has emotional conflict. A film should have an emotional conflict or extraordinary struggle.

Take for example Mayuri movie. A girl loses her legs in an accident. Still she continues learning dance. This is extraordinary struggle.

In the case of Gandhi biopic, the British is the villain. In NTR's film career and his eventual rise as politician is much like a straight line. There are no twists or turns. His life turned when Lakshmi Parvathi entered.

Cause and effect are different. "Lakshmi's NTR" borders on this cause and effect," he explains why he made this film.

Had Balakrishna given the reins of directing NTR Biopic, would RGV dare make this Lakshmi Parvathi movie? Ram Gopal Varma has interesting answer to this. Find out it in this video.
