Senior filmmaker VV Vinayak is currently working on Lucifer script that will feature Megastar Chiranjeevi in the lead role.
It will take some time for the film to start rolling as Chiranjeevi should complete Acharya and the remake of Vedhalam.
Meanwhile, Vinayak has been approached for the Hindi remake of Telugu blockbuster Chatrapathi.
Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas is all set to make Bollywood debut with this Rajamouli’s mass entertainer that has made Prabhas a darling of the masses.
Vinayak’s expertise in directing such formulaic mass masala potboilers should come in handy for Srinivas’s Bolly debut.
Coincidentally Srinivas also made his Tollywood debut with Vinayak’s Alludu Seenu.
Bollywood producers are preferring the original filmmakers for Hindi remakes lately. However, Rajamouli cannot be remaking Chatrapathi at this point of his career.
Hence, Vinayak seems to be the best option to recreate the magic of Rajamouli.
