Star director Trivikram is mighty impressed with Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy that he did a chat session with the Megastar himself and producer Ram Charan.
"I was shooting for Ala Vaikunthapuramulo on that day and my technicians left early to watch Sye Raa. I also joined them and was awe-struck after watching it," Trivikram told.
"I remember that you (Chiranjeevi) were sceptical about the last killing scene of Narasimha Reddy, but it has come out terrific on screen and it looked very much believable," he added.
Chiranjeevi said that there are hardly ten memorable characters in his career and he didn't have that iconic character like Alluri Seetaramaraju for Krishna or the mythological characters for Late NTR.
"I always wanted to do a role of the freedom fighter and Uyyalawada story fascinated me. But it required a lot of budget, which is why it got postponed. Thanks to Rajamouli and his Baahubali, we gained the confidence of making Sye Raa as a pan Indian film. It was Ram Charan who came up with the idea of producing it on our home production," Chiranjeevi told.
Megastar also confessed that he wouldn't stick to doing such high intense roles and high budget films but will keep doing mass entertainers like Khaidi No. 150.
