TTD Kalyanam: A big spiritual contribution form NATA

Tirumala Tirupathi Devastanams (TTD)’s Sri Srinivasa Kalyanam at North American Telugu Association (NATA) convention at Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia on July 8th was a grand success with thousands of devotees participating.

Srinivasa Kalyanam was a big success and highlight of the convention. Every one of the devotees received blessings and Tirupathi Laddu as prasadam.

Srinivasa Kalyanam was conducted per Agama Sastram by Veda Pandits from Tirumala Sri G A V Deekshithulu and Sri K. Purushothamaacharyulu. They are supported by priests and utsava moorthys from Hindu Temple of Virginia, Ashburn.

NATA Executive Vice President Sridhar Reddy Korsapati played a key role in successfully executing the program by bringing together Sponsors for the program and coordinating with TTD and providing guidance to Spiritual Committee. Chinnababu Reddy (Treasurer) at every step of the program planning and execution guided the team.

At the Kalyanam, Amma Kondaveeti Jyothirmaye, a renowned vocalist, spiritual guru and an exemplary devotional singer sang Annamacharya keerthanalu with live Mridangam by Bala Subrahmanyam Parupalli, an Artist from All India Radio and Violin by M.SATYANARAYANA SARMA.

“Chaitanya Brothers” Varanasi Venkateswara Sarma and Bukkapatnam Krishnamacharyulu also performed Annamacharya Keertanalu. Program is anchored by Raghu Vemula and Vamsi Priya, who started her career in Akasavani Balanandam, Balavinodam and runner up in ETV Padutha Teeyaga – America program.

Other key members of the NATA team who directly contributed to the success of this program are Raghava Reddy Gosala (President Elect), Bhaskara Bommareddy (Spiritual Committee Chair) and other executive committee members. Volunteers who worked hundreds of hours for this program are Sudarshana Devireddy, Ravi Bojja, Gopal Nunna, Prakash Karri, Durga Gangisetty, Soma Ramakrishna, Sudha Kondapu, Vasanth Kalakota, Satya Daeireddy, and Kashinath Shivva.
