The daredevil director is back after a humiliating failure with Officer. Ram Gopal Varma has put the mega phone aside and backed the talent of Siddhartha Thatholu.
RGV is just the presenter of Bhairava Geetha, a violent love story. Siddhartha is the director of this raw and intense film bankrolled by Abhishek Nama and Bhasker Rassi.
Lead characters are played by Dhananjaya and Irra Mor. The trailer doesn’t underplay the raw emotions and violence.
There is brutal, bone-chilling violence in the film besides an intense love story reminiscent of RX 100.
RGV is definitely following the trend with Bhairava Geetha because films like Arjun Reddy and RX 100 have been creating sensation.
Bhairava Geetha is set in a feudal backdrop where violence is just a regular thing. Star cast looks apt with RGV once again showing his trademark in picking the lead and supporting characters.
Although Bhairava Geetha looks to be a promising film, most of the trailers of RGV set high expectations and fail to click on a whole.
Let’s see whether the maverick director bounce backs as a producer or not.
