Nithin's "Check" is listed as the first biggest disaster of 2021 at the box office.
The actor who suffered a lot of slump with continuous failures, has come up with "Bheeshma" just before the onset of lock down.
The film "Bheeshma" turned super success and his next film on screen happened to be 'Check' in the direction of Chandrasekhar Yeleti. The film couldn't hook the audience of any center and finally ended up as a disaster.
The only saving grace for the star is the film "Rang De" that is coming up this month end. As that is not an experimental film like "Check", there are chances to score a success pulling the attention of majority audience.
On the other hand Kapatadhari is another big debacle with the final collection of Rs 35 lakhs from both the states put together. This is lesser than the weekend collection of any star hero's' flop film of 1990s when the ticket prices were around Rs 5/-.
The lock down hibernation is completed and the films are releasing in gush. Though the audience gave openings for every film in Dec and January, now they have become choosy.
It is going to be tough game for any film to sustain at the box office. Only the mighty can withstand.
