1. The Warrior: Ram, Krithi Shetty and Aadhi Pinisetty starring, 'The Warrior', ended up as a disaster this week.

This film directed by Takia Waititi has Chris Hemsworth, Chistian Bale, Taika Waititi, Tessa Thimpson and Natalie Portman in the lead roles.

This film is all about the journey of Thor in search of inner peace. The graphical action episodes enticed the youngsters.

3. Gargi: This clean and neat film is certainly not for box office. The majority of the audience who appreciate this kind of films watch at home but not in theatres. Sai Palavi got critical acclaim for the role she played.

Gautam Ramachandran directed the film in the production of Aishwarya Lakshmi and Thomas Renny George.

Finally this film ended up as a flop at the box office for not recording even the reasonable traction from the audience.

4. Vikram: This film is still living in the theatres even after these many weeks of release. It collected more than Rs 400 Cr worldwide and stood up as the highest grosser ever in the history of Tamil cinema within Tamilnadu.

The film is directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj with Kamal Hasan, Vijay Sethupathi and Fahad Fazil in lead roles. The action episodes and the new age screenplay made the difference.  

5. Rocketry: This film made by R Madhavan as the producer, director and the lead actor garnered huge critical acclaim.

The collections dropped heavily but still it is in this slot this week. The film appealed to the young audience and the well educated crowds by the virtue of its matured content.

This is the biographical drama based on the life of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan that has several ups and downs in drama.
