1) Evaru: Adivi Sesh's impressive run at the box office continued with Evaru, which is now into profits.
The film is a smash hit at the box office by holding its ground in the week days and its second weekend while the remaining films tanked. Evaru is the only genuine hit of the month so far.
2) Kausalya Krishnamurthy: This part dubbed part remade sports drama couldn't make an impression due to tepid script and lousy execution.
The film has noble intentions, but didn't have enough material to draw the audience attention.
3) Ranarangam: Sharwa's Ranarangam slipped after a bright start and couldn't pick up thereafter.
Despite negligible competition, the film couldn't show any improvement at the ticket windows in its second weekend. Flop.
4) Mission Mangal: Akshay Kumar has delivered yet another solid hit with Mission Mangal.
The film has breached the Rs. 150 cr mark and is heading to become the highest grossing movie in the actor's career.
5) Batla House: John Abraham has become the Adivi Sesh of Bollywood by picking content based scripts and delivering successful films at will.
Batla House has made the most of Janmashtami weekend and crossed Rs. 80 crore mark at the Indian box office.
