The Raja Saab is the film all set to hit Indian screens on January 9. But so far, this film is being pitched as a regional film, and there are no big attempts to bring traction in North India.
Even then, there is no buzz in the North as the Dhurandhar temperature is still on.
Coming to the budget of the film, it is giving a big shock to the industry as it has crossed Rs 500 crore.
Though Prabhas didn’t mention the figure, he praised the dare of the producer from the stage. So the hero himself is apparently under shock.
To recover the budget and just make break-even, the film The Raja Saab should run nothing less than Dhurandhar at the box office. Well, that will only make a break-even but not profits. Can that feat happen?
Unless the film gets huge positive buzz nationwide and a heavy pull happens at the North Indian box office, this film breathing oxygen would be difficult.
But so far, among the Telugu audience, the attention on this film is huge, and we need to see how far Prabhas’ image can save the film and its stakeholders.
