The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) has taken a strong decision against ABN TV.
The party leadership has decided that BRS leaders should not take part in any debates, discussions or programmes on ABN TV from now on.
This decision was taken after ABN commentator Venkata Krishna allegedly made insulting remarks against BRS MLC Takkalapalli Ravinder Rao.
The BRS demanded a public apology from the commentator, stating that the comments were disrespectful.
As no apology was given, the party decided to boycott the channel. BRS leaders said they will not tolerate remarks that damage the dignity of their party members.
The issue has now become a topic of political discussion in the state, with many watching how the situation between BRS and ABN TV will develop further.
