One more film to be directed by Teja is shelved as per the industry sources. Recently his proposed film with Venkatesh was shelved. Now Gopichand's film joined the list.
The film that was announced in the combination of Teja and Gopichand was shelved. The title was also fixed as Alivelumanga Venkataramana. The narration was done. Gopichand okayed the project. But Teja should know the reason for shelving the project.
He tried a lot to cast the right heroine in the project. He started with Anushka and also approached Samantha, Sai Pallavi and Keerthy Suresh.
Finally Keerthy Suresh was zeroed in and had everything went on well, then the film would have started on Peoples Media banner, but the film shelved.
Along with this film Teja has announced another film with Rana simultaneously. The title was Rakshasa Raju Ravanasurudu. Now Rana is not talking about that project anywhere. Teja is also silent on this.
In a recent interview Rana shared that he has only two films in hand- Milind Rao and the other is Hiranyakasapa in the direction of Guna Sekhar.
