Director Teja was to direct NTR Biopic but he was made to walk out of the film due to his differences with Nandamuri Balakrishna.
He shot the film for 10 days. Balakrishna roped in Krish in his place and made the movie in two parts.
As the first part became epic disaster, various theories are floating around about its massive failure.
Some say it was silly idea to split NTR’s life in two parts, while others say the first part was nothing but an exercise to show NTR as God. The film didn’t have enough masala to entice the people.
When asked Teja for the reason of the movie’s failure, he first reacted saying he didn’t watch it yet. However, when asked whether the movie needed masala, he made sly comment against Krish.
“First of all directors need to have brains how to tell the story. Masala is not required,” he made this comment in general about movie making but it would definitely irritate Krish.
