Suriya: Why Only Daughters And Why Not Sons?

South Indian actor Suriya who has a good fan base in almost all the Southern states is coming up with the film ET today. He was talking to media as a part of promoting the new release.

In the process he was asked about his plans to try on the Bollywood screen to prove his talent to the entire nation.

To this Suriya humbly replied- "We will make Bollywood talk about us through our work. I don't think we need to go there to prove ourselves."

On the other hand, Suriya also spoke something general on the occasion of Women's Day.

He asked a typical question- "If a guest comes..., we...ask our daughter to serve...and not our sons. Why does that happen? The change should start from ourselves".

That's really an interesting point which is everybody's experience. In fact, when the male bearers serve the guests in hotels, why can't it be the same in households as well!
