Sukumar is another director after Koratala Siva who is deeply disappointed with the never-ending delays in the current project. However, Sukumar has decided to use the current lockdown period in the best way possible.
Sukumar is now working on minute details of the production of his current film titled “Pushpa” featuring Allu Arjun and Rasmika Mandanna in main lead roles.
He is working on the shot division of scenes and the number of scenes to be filmed in a day and putting them on paper. This is to cut down the wastage of days when the regular shoot resumes post lockdown. This is not his usual style.
Indeed, Sukumar received criticism for extending the production for months and escalating the production cost.
From “Rangasthalam”, he has been working on tighter schedules and for this “Pushpa”, he is planning to wrap it quickly. If Sukumar pulls off this, it would be a new record in his career. For, he is known for his 'chekkudu'.
Mythri Movie Makers has bankrolled the project which is going to be a Pan-India movie in multiple languages.
