'Dasara' movie has proven to be a tremendous success, much to the delight of its producer, Cherukuri Sudhakar.
Sudhakar had previously produced films like Padi Padi Leche Manasu, Virataparvam, and Rama Rao On Duty, but unfortunately, none of them performed well at the box office.
Despite the success of the film, Sudhakar remains humble and grateful, acknowledging that it was due to the efforts of the director and the team that the movie was a hit.
To show his appreciation, Sudhakar has decided to gift the director, Srikanth Odhela, a BMW car as a token of his gratitude. The car will be delivered to Srikanth in the next couple of days.
While the Telugu states' rights for 'Dasara' were sold first, Sudhakar believes that if they had not been, he could have made an additional seven to eight crore rupees in overflow profits in Nizam alone.
Nevertheless, Sudhakar is thrilled with the success of the film and plans to use the momentum to launch another big movie.
Srikanth, the director, will continue working under Sudhakar's banner, as he wants to maintain the director's talents within his production house.
Despite being offered advances by other big banners during the production of Dasara, Srikanth did not commit to their offers.
