SKN Faces Backlash, Seeks Police Help

SKN was one of the most vocal promoters of Prabhas’s “The Raja Saab,” generating massive buzz ahead of its release through his energetic and punch-filled speeches at film events.

Following the film’s disappointing performance, Prabhas fans began trolling SKN heavily on social media, holding him and director Maruthi responsible for the debacle.

The trolling soon escalated beyond criticism, with both being subjected to personal and malicious attacks.

Deeply disturbed by the sustained harassment, SKN has now filed a complaint with the Hyderabad Cyber Crime Police, alleging that defamatory and targeted posts are being circulated against him online.

In his complaint, he reportedly stated that the attacks appear deliberate and malicious.

The episode once again highlights a recurring trend in the industry—grand pre-release claims and overconfidence draw applause when things go right, but invite intense backlash when films fail, leaving filmmakers exposed to the fury of fans.
