Despite around 20 movies being released in September, everyone's focus is on just one film. In fact, there's only one movie worth mentioning this entire month—'Devara-1'.
This movie stars NTR in the lead role and is directed by Koratala Siva. It's NTR's next film after the success of RRR, which is why all the hype and expectations are surrounding 'Devara-1'.
Additionally, the film features Saif Ali Khan as the villain, marks Janhvi Kapoor's debut, and has music composed by Anirudh.
Aside from this movie, there isn't a single film worth mentioning in September.
In the first week alone, half a dozen films are being released, including the movie "Goat," starring Vijay. However, there isn't much buzz about this film in the Telugu market.
In the same week, we also have Suhas starring in 'Janaka Ayithe Ganaka', Priyadarshi's '35-Chinna Katha Kaadu' and Raj Tarun's 'Bhale Unnade'. These films have impressive trailers, so we'll have to wait and see how they perform.
In the second week, movies like 'Mattu Vadalara 2', 'Dhoom Dham', and 'Utsavam' are hitting theaters. There's some anticipation for 'Mattu Vadalara 2', especially since it's a sequel to a successful film.
The third week's box office looks completely empty, likely because 'Devara-1' is releasing the following week, and producers are avoiding competition with such a big release. A similar situation happened with 'Kalki', and now it's happening again with 'Devara-1'.
Other than 'Devara-1', no other notable movies are coming to theaters this September. All eyes are on this highly anticipated film starring NTR.
