The first part of NTR Biopic began its story with Basavatarakam recalling her husband's life while she was undergoing treatment at a hospital in Madras in year 1984.
In the first part we got to see the journey of NTR from his early days of acting career to his announcement of launching Telugu Desam party in 1982.
The film didn't focus on NTR and Basavatarakam's wedding or their early marital life. Bollywood's famous actress Vidya Balan played the role of Basavatarakam.
Interestingly, now Krish is going to show us the childhood episodes of NT Rama Rao and Basavatarakam in the second part. This is new addition.
When the second part should fully focus on NTR's political career, Krish is said to be inserting some flashback moments to show us NTR and Basavatarakam's early marital life.
The screenplay has been changed recently after the disastrous result of the first part of NTR Biopic.
To add glamour and songs to the second part titled NTR Mahanayakudu, the movie's screenplay is said to be changed now.
