As the production works are nearing completion, the makers of Ravi Teja starrer Mr Bachchan started the promotions by dropping its showreel.
Without divulging much about the storyline, the showreel is meant to introduce the lead characters and the premise of the movie.
As the backdrop and settings designate, the movie is set in a period backdrop and it assures a kickass action.
Ravi Teja made a stylish entry, but he appeared in a power-packed avatar. Jagapathi Babu looked fierce and rustic in an old-man get-up.
The conflict between these two characters forms the crux of the story. The last sequence of Ravi Teja posing like Amitabh Bachchan with Big B’s poster in the background is just terrific.
Director Harish Shankar’s stylish taking is palpable in every frame, whereas Ayananka Bose’s camera work stands out. Mickey J Meyer elevated Ravi Teja’s character with his thumping score. The production values of TG Vishwa Prasad’s People Media Factory are first-class.
On the whole, the showreel that also introduced the lead actress Bhagyashri Borse makes a lasting impression.
