Revanth Gets A Shocker In ACB Court!

In a big shock to Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee working president and Malkajgiri MP A Revanth Reddy, a special court for Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) cases in Hyderabad on Friday struck down his petition stating that the cash-for-vote case against him did not fall under the purview of ACB.

The ACB special court refuted Revanth Reddy’s argument that the cash-for-vote case comes under the purview of the Election Commission of India, and not the ACB, as it doesn’t deal with any public servant.

While striking down his petition, the ACB court said the case would definitely fall under the purview of ACB as per the Prevention of Corruption Act. The court posted the case to February 8 for framing of charges by the ACB.

The court directed that the accused should present themselves before the court on February 8. Readmore!
