Rammohan Naidu building his own PR team!

Telugu Desam Party MP from Srikakulam Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu is one of the brightest leaders of the party who has made a mark for himself in parliament with his regular attendance and eloquent speeches.

Having won Sansad Ratna award for his performance as an MP in Lok Sabha, Naidu is often considered to be the right man in wrong party.

He has inherited leadership qualities from his father late K Yerran Naidu who died in a road accident a few years ago.

Apparently, Rammohan Naidu has realised that he has a very bright political future and he has to grow independently as a leader, instead of depending on the TDP whose image has been going down rapidly in the north-coastal Andhra. Readmore!

It is precisely for the same reason that Rammohan Naidu has decided to create his own political strategy and publicity team.

He posted a notification in his social media platform, stating that he is looking for two bright “associates” to work on political and developmental aspects of Srikakulam constituency.

He said he was looking for youth with a knack for public policy, politics, research and development work.

“Beyond experience or background, I want applicants who can work hard, learn quick, and willing to adapt,” he said.

Of the two – one is a policy associate and another is a political and campaign associate. The policy associate has a broader job profile – he has to deal with policy makers, think tanks, government bodies and social organisations that will give the MP a feedback on the current developments.

Besides, he should also assist the MP in writing articles on issues of local and national concern, interact with the media heads and ensure that they are published in the mainstream and digital media. He should also coordinate with the social media handlers of the MP, among other things.

Similarly, the political and campaign associate should ideate and work out strategies on local issues like Waltair Zone, Fishing Harbour, additional railway lines to the state etc.

He should arrange the MP’s visits to the areas of the constituency and also identify issues for the MP to highlight in public and political platforms etc.

“Both the positions will be based out of Srikakulam and they should be in touch with the MP on a day-to-day basis,” the notification said.

Any takers?
