Megapowerstar Ram Charan and director Boyapati Srinu have teamed up for an out and out commercial entertainer ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama.’
In this film Charan will be sporting a new look and as director Boyapati’s suggestion, he underwent a physical transformation. He was trained by popular celebrity trainer Rakesh Udiyara.
For this, Ram Charan had followed a strict diet and the plan was shared by his wife, Upasana in her official Instagram handle.
It is basically a three weeks diet plan but depending on the personality and workout, it can be stretched to 45 days.
Firstly Charan’s day would start at 8 AM with three egg white, two full eggs and ¾ cup of oats with almond milk.
After three hours i.e, 11:30 AM, one large cup of clear vegetable soup, then at 1:30 PM, 200 grams of chicken breast, ¾ cup of brown rice and ½ cup of green vegetable curry.
250 grams of grilled fish, 200 grams of sweet potato and ½ cup green vegetables at 4 PM while the last meal would at 6 PM and it consists of large mixed green salad, ¼ avocado and a bowl of nuts.
A minimum of 12 hours, he should fast (no water and no food) every day and he was asked to avoid coffee, dairy products, red meat, wheat and sugar fruits.
Ram Charan’s Protein food choices were lentils, tofu, fish, baked, boiled or poached chicken.
The Carbohydrate choices were brown rice, oatmeal, sweet potatoes while Vegetable choices were green beans, asparagus, broccoli.
