Reports are coming that Rajamouli will soon announce the new release date for his magnum opus “RRR”.
Due to the extended lockdown period, he is now reworking on schedules and also planning to take his film out of Sankranthi 2021 season to April 28, 2021.
If “RRR” really gets postponed to April 28, Mahesh Babu will land in big trouble. He will lose an ideal release date for his next project.
Till now, Mahesh Babu is planning to secure this date for the next film. He hesitates to release his movies in May due to sentiment reasons.
Mahesh Babu is still dodging to announce his next film officially although he has already given his nod to director Parasuram. Even if this film commences its shoot in June, it is doubtful that he can ready it for Sankranthi.
Parasuram is planning to film it on a big scale as it’s once in a lifetime chance for him and he needs a minimum of eight months of time to get the desired results. This would put a stress on the director if Mahesh Babu asks him to finish it before Sankranthi.
So, Mahesh Babu is waiting for clarity from Rajamouli about the postponement of “RRR”. He needs to plan his next film’s release date.
