For the first time, many theaters across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will screen a major film featuring one of Indian cinema’s biggest stars the night before its official release. Pushpa 2 is pioneering this new trend.
The film will begin screening at 9:30 PM in major cities, including Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, and Vijayawada.
In contrast, previous blockbusters like Devara and Kalki 2898 AD had midnight premieres. Bookings for Pushpa 2's early shows opened today and are selling out within minutes.
In Hyderabad, tickets for 9:30 PM shows at twelve single-screen theaters were sold out within hours. To meet demand, additional theaters are being added every half hour, allowing fans to book sequentially. However, tickets are not yet available in multiplexes.
There are speculations that paid premiere shows might not be held in major multiplexes or may open for bookings at the last minute.
Fans are eagerly waiting for updates on ticket availability in these venues.
