Mega Power Star Ram Charan has begun dubbing for his character in the upcoming pan-India film Peddi, directed by Buchi Babu Sana.
A newly released video from the makers offers a glimpse inside the dubbing studio. In the footage, a bearded, rugged-looking Ram Charan is seen intensely focused on the monitor, perfectly syncing his voice with his character’s powerful onscreen moments.
The video also captures a lighthearted exchange where Charan teases director Buchi Babu over his excitement during the making of Chikiri Chikiri song.
Charan jokingly remarks that he dubbed for his character, not Buchi Babu- reflecting the strong creative rapport between the duo.
Set in a rural and period backdrop, Peddi demands a distinct dialect and vocal intensity from Charan, making the dubbing phase particularly crucial.
With the film edging closer to release, the commencement of dubbing indicates that the project has entered its final and most important post-production phase.
Produced by Venkata Satish Kilaru, Peddi is slated for release on April 30th, while the film’s second single will be unveiled tomorrow.
