Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan has acquired an additional 12 acres of land in Pithapuram, East Godavari, within five months of assuming office.
This purchase comes shortly after his acquisition of 3.52 acres in the same area just four months ago, signaling his intent to establish a permanent empire in the region.
It is known that already he has his own residence in the constituency.
According to sources close to Pawan, he aims to construct a permanent residence in Pithapuram, enhancing his connection with local constituents and strengthening his influence in East Godavari.
His recent land investments suggest a long-term commitment to the area, which is significant given his political position in the constituency.
