Opinion: PK! King Maker Cannot Be A King

The title 'King Maker' was first known to the history of India with Chanakya. He used his strategy to dethrone Nandas and enthrone his disciple Chandragupta Mourya. But Chanakya never wanted to become a King. He was wise, shrewd, practical and smart. His Artha Sastra is the timeless work on the principles of administration.

Coming back to the present, Prashanth Kishore, who emerged as a Pan Indian political strategist is almost playing the role of Chanakya from the last general elections. His success track made him the Rajamouli of Indian Politics.

Well, here is another analogy. Rajamouli never wanted to become a hero of his film but playing the role only as a director.

There is widespread news that Prashant Kishore is about to join Congress. This really sends shock to the people from Kashmir to Kanyakumari for overestimating his IQ level for the last few years.  Readmore!

In the first place, how can he decide to join Congress, the party that has lost its sheen. The nation is not considering Congress as an alternative to the BJP at present but the regional parties grabbed the space.

Prashanth Kishore is in delusion that he had chosen the right parties in the down South and other states which are opposite to BJP, to give his strategy-services, and so he can put a checkmate to the saffron by uniting the entire anti-BJP forces in the nation.

Clients listen to the service provider but the duty of the latter is only to serve the former as per their demands and requirements.

Much to the surprise of all, PK advised Sonia and Rahul to develop alliance with YSRCP in AP to regain the lost glory. But how could he imagine this which is not even possible to happen in dreams? Jagan Mohan Reddy started YSRCP as a revolt against Congress and the vengeance on Sonia Gandhi to be precise. Is PK not informed about this political history of AP?

Keeping all this aside, working as a strategist for Congress is ok if he likes the hefty pay check. That's a consultancy business at the end. But joining into the party is something ludicrous.

Well, he may be holding the thought to sit in the chair of Amit Shah or if possible Modi, once he brings back Congress to power with the support of all coalition parties. His daydreams surely end up as nightmare this time.
