Opinion: Pawan Kalyan Ke Haseen Sapne

"Wish fulfillment" is a term coined by Sigmund Freud in his text "The Interpretation of Dreams". As per him 'Wish Fulfilment' is the satisfaction of a desire through an involuntary thought process and this can occur in dreams or in daydreams.

A TV serial was made with the title "Mungerilal Ke Haseen Sapne" based on this syndrome and was a big hit on Doordarshan in the year 1990.

This is common for many human beings and Power Star Pawan Kalyan also seems to be not immune to this.

It is known how he implied in his previous talks that a hung is possible in AP Elections of 2019 like in Karnataka. His day dream was if Kumaraswamy who got lesser number of seats could become the Chief Minister, then why can't he become the same, despite being in third position in the state after YCP and TDP. But due to certain inabilities he couldn't even become an MLA. Readmore!

Now his day dreams are again sprouting up with the result in Dubbaka Bypoll and in Bihar.

Pawan hasn't even dared to utter the word 'Dubbaka' before the elections and didn't even attempt to campaign on behalf of BJP despite an invitation. But now he is releasing many press notes lauding the victory.

On the other hand, the victory of NDA in Bihar Elections has also added fuel to Pawan's day dreams again.

Some sources say that he is now dreaming that AP  may also see a similar situation, so it is Janasena that is going to form the government in AP with the support of BJP in 2024.

NDA regaining power in Bihar is not a big thing to discuss. But winning the support of the people and opening a 'power account' in AP is not so easy for BJP.

Congress was buried in AP for bifurcating the state. Will AP people forgive BJP that betrayed the state in the matter of special status?!

"Pawan's daydreams and assumptions will be in the sky. But his action plan will be miserable. That's the problem since the beginning", commented an analyst.

So, it is the time for Jana Senani to introspect on various issues and stop daydreaming by comparing with the results of other states.
