In an unusual twist to the episode of attack on the life of YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy at the Visakhapatnam airport on October 25, accused Janipalli Srinivasa Rao was admitted to King George Hospital, Visakhapatnam on a complaint of heart problem.
For the third consecutive day, Srinivas was being interrogated by the police in Vizag airport police station in connection with the attack on Jagan.
Nobody knows what had happened to him during the questioning, but he suddenly complained of chest pain and the police immediately shifted him to KGH for treatment.
As he was being shifted to hospital, Srinivas was heard shouting saying he was facing a threat to his life from the police and that he wanted to speak to the people once. At the hospital, doctors said he had some heart problem.
“But Srinivas is refusing to accept treatment and wants to donate his organs,” the doctors said.
One wonders why Srinivas, a 30-year old man, who was healthy till the other day suddenly developed heart problem.
May be he was under stress, but what made him to say that he was facing threat to his life. Why did he say that he wanted to speak to public in the open? Why did the police not allow him to speak to media and hurriedly shift him to hospital?
All these sudden developments led to the suspicion that there has been attempt to suppress the voice of Srinivas.
“One should not be surprised if doctors declare Srinivas dead due to heart attack, so that the case of attack on Jagan could be closed,” a YSRC leader said.
Watch out for more developments.
