The controversy over the story of “Acharya” has not died down but director Koratala Siva has opened up about the film as well. Koratala Siva believes that the shoot should not be resumed in a hurry.
“Acharya” which stopped its shooting in March this year was to resume in June. However, he now clarifies that he would wait for another two months to assess the situation.
According to his opinion, it is too risky to begin the shoot at this moment as his story needs large scale production.
Unlike other movies, my film requires a large crew and the casting, Koratala Siva said. That leads to confusion about the resumption of the shoots.
If the shoot of “Acharya” gets delayed further, how would it meet the summer 2021 deadline for release?
“Acharya” stars Megastar Chiranjeevi in the titular character while Ram Charan will appear in an extended guest role. Niranjan Reddy is producing the film.
