No More 'Pan India Films' For Mid Range Heroes!

In recent times, Telugu heroes have been attempting to release their films in 'Pan India' scale. From Sudheer Babu to Sandeep Kishan and Ram, all their movies are marketed as Pan Indian productions.

Title designs and announcements are made in five languages for each movie. The songs get dubbed into different languages to release online in order to pump up publicity. The promotion activities will be planned in national level.

According to estimates, a minimum expenditure of 15 crores is necessary to give a Telugu movie a visible presence in the North belt.

However, the the makers regret when such extensive investments fail to yield desired results. Even with substantial financial backing, these films often struggle to gain traction in the North Indian market because of its huge size.

Consequently, the concept of Pan India cinema appears to be reserved solely for a few top range heroes in the foreseeable future.

It's apparent that the term 'Pan India cinema' might become increasingly scarce for mid-range heroes, regardless of the storyline's merit.

Focusing on consolidating a strong presence in regional markets like Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam seems more feasible.

Expanding into the expansive Hindi belt demands considerable investment in publicity and theater expenses, presenting a significant challenge.
